Every piece sold on VARIFYO is genuine, new and unworn, with its tags, in the brand’s own packaging. This page sets out what stands behind that sentence, because it is the sentence everything else depends on.
Where the pieces come from
VARIFYO is operated by iGlomart, LLC, a Delaware company. We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorised boutique, a franchise or a partner of any house, and we do not claim to be.
We buy through an authorised European wholesale distributor that supplies licensed retailers, under a written agreement, and the pieces ship from its warehouses in Italy, Sweden and the United States. The houses currently represented are Balenciaga, Burberry, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Michael Kors, Prada, Saint Laurent and Versace.
What we will not sell
Our supplier’s catalogue is larger than ours on purpose. It mixes new stock with pre-owned and condition-graded pieces, and we list only the first kind. A piece is withheld from sale if:
- its condition is anything other than new with tags, or is not stated at all;
- its own description mentions wear, rubbing, marks, repair, retouching or grading — even where the condition field says otherwise;
- its record contradicts itself about what the garment actually is;
- it has no photograph, or no category, or a description too thin to buy from.
Withheld pieces are not deleted. The reason is recorded against each one, so nothing is quietly reclassified later.
What we will not do with prices
You will not find a crossed-out number, a “was” price or a Sale badge anywhere on this site. Our supplier sends a higher market price with every item, and we have not verified one of them against what the same model, in the same condition, actually sells for delivered. A former price is a factual claim about the past, and we do not make claims we have not checked. One price, and that is the price.
What we will not do with photographs
Product photographs come from the house or its distributor and are shown as supplied. We do not retouch a product, remove tags or defects, add logos or overlays, or place a branded item into a scene it was never photographed in. Where a picture elsewhere on this site is a styling photograph rather than a product listing, it is labelled as one.
If you doubt a piece
Write to info@varifyo.com before or after you buy, and we will send the supplier’s record for that item: its own SKU, its stated condition and its composition. If a piece ever arrives and you believe it is not what we said it was, send photographs within fourteen days and we will arrange and pay for its return, and refund you in full.
That is in the returns policy as well, and the terms of sale say which of us is answerable for what.
Trade marks
Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners. They appear here to identify the pieces we sell, as the law permits a retailer to do. VARIFYO claims no rights in them and no association with their owners.
