Shipping is free on every VARIFYO order and every parcel is tracked. We are currently delivering within the United States only. Other countries follow once the tax registrations they require are in place; we would rather open them properly than take an order we cannot complete correctly.
How long it takes
An order is prepared and handed to the courier within one to two business days. After that:
- United States — 6 to 9 business days
These are business days. Our warehouses and couriers do not work at weekends or on public holidays, and a date near a holiday will run longer. We give ranges rather than a promised date, because the courier, not VARIFYO, controls the last part of the journey.
Duties and taxes
The price you see is the price you pay. Import duties, customs charges and clearance fees are included in the price and are settled by VARIFYO. Nothing is collected from you on delivery.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with FedEx, DHL or UPS. The carrier is chosen for the route and cannot be selected at checkout. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Orders in more than one parcel
Pieces are held in different warehouses. When an order contains pieces from more than one of them, each ships separately and they may arrive on different days. Every parcel is tracked, and you receive a tracking number for each.
Where we cannot ship
We are delivering within the United States only at present. Europe, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world will follow; Russia, Belarus and Ukraine will not.
If nobody is there
The courier attempts delivery two or three times and then holds the parcel at a local collection point, leaving instructions. If it is not collected, it returns to the warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund.
