Every piece on VARIFYO is authentic, new and unworn, with its tags, and it ships in the brand’s own packaging. That sentence is easy to write, so here is what stands behind it.
Condition is checked before a piece is listed, not after
Our supplier’s catalogue mixes new stock with pre-owned and condition-graded pieces. Early in this project some of the second kind reached our shop and were described as new — bags whose own descriptions mentioned corner rubbing and interior marks, sitting under a line that said “authentic and new”.
That was not a presentation problem. It was a false statement on the page where somebody decides to spend money. So the import now refuses any piece whose record is not new with tags, and any piece whose own description mentions wear, repair, rubbing, staining or grading — even where the condition field claims otherwise. Those pieces are withheld with the reason recorded against them. They are not deleted, and if we ever open a pre-owned side of the business they will be honestly described there.
The price is the price
You will not find a crossed-out number or a Sale badge anywhere on this site. Our supplier sends a higher “market price” with every item, and we have not checked a single one of them against what the same model, in the same condition, actually sells for delivered. A former price is a claim about the past, and we do not make claims we have not checked.
What the price includes
- Free tracked delivery within the United States, 6 to 9 business days.
- Import duties and customs charges, paid by us, with nothing collected on delivery.
- Fourteen days from delivery to tell us you want to return something.
And what it does not: we are an independent retailer, not an authorised boutique of any house, and we say so in the footer of every page.
